Prince Lee is a prince from China who was sent to Russia as a foreign exchange student. He attended the ball at which Lenin ambushed Tsar Nicholas II. Many say he is quite skilled at Fortnite. Despite his young age at the time of the movie, Prince Lee was already a master of both Eastern and Western magical traditions.

Because he didn't have anything better to do with his time, Prince Lee helped the Romanovs escape after Rasputin carried them through the portal at the end of the movie. He did this by using the ritual of the Libre Vaccae to create a homunculus body double of each member of the family and allowing those body doubles to be captured and executed by Lenin as he snuck the family away first to Mongolia and then to Los Angeles, which at the time was an up and coming tuberculosis colony.
Prince Lee later got bored of the existing social order in China and decided to shake things up. He did this by changing his name and appearance and becoming Mao Zedong. In a period where he was moonlighting working with the US government while also being Mao, he invented the Money Plane (Aircraft) out of MINERVA tech--however, the technology was taken from his control and sealed away in a government lab. To free his creation, Prince Lee participated in the 1979 Raid on Dulce Base alongside Captain Mark Richards. In 2022 he is still alive and living in Cleveland, Ohio.
